Banana Chia & Caramel Smoothie

- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 1½ cups Ice
- 1 cup Vanilla Yoghurt
- ½ cup Caramel Sauce
- 1 x tbsp Chia Seeds
- Blend all of the ingredients until smooth then enjoy!
- Try with natural or Greek yoghurt.
- Chia is amongst one of the healthiest foods on the planet as is high in fibre and protein and contains lots of nutrients.
