Banana Chia and Caramel Smoothie

This delicious smoothie can be prepared in minutes with no fuss.

Banana Chia & Caramel Smoothie

  1. 2 Frozen Bananas
  2. 1½ cups Ice
  3. 1 cup Vanilla Yoghurt
  4. ½ cup Caramel Sauce
  5. 1 x tbsp Chia Seeds
  1. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth then enjoy!
  1. Try with natural or Greek yoghurt.
  2. Chia is amongst one of the healthiest foods on the planet as is high in fibre and protein and contains lots of nutrients.
