  1. 1 Round of Brie
  2. ⅓ cup Caramel
  1. Bake the brie on 175 degrees for around 10 minutes or until it is visibly softer.
  2. Remove from oven and pour over caramel sauce.
  3. Return to oven for five minutes.
  1. Serve with breadsticks, crusty bread, crudités or apple slices.
  2. Try adding chopped pecans or apple (or both) to the caramel before topping the brie!
